This will be the last batch of available Mono. The V2 design added a notch that would prevent over-extension of the blade and allows quick flick deployment method. It has different chamfer design as well as patterned spring and wear surface compared to the original design.
Mono is made from Grade 5 titanium so it is rust proof. It is also very easy to clean due open frame design and having zero screws/assembly. Minimal care is needed to keep Mono in good condition.
